Hi, I’m Melissa or "Mel", a registered nurse and certified gerontological nurse. For over 20 years, I’ve cared for older adults and their families as a director of care, as the manager of a dementia care unit, and as a nurse educator. I know how overwhelming the system can feel, and how much it helps to have someone who knows the way.
I started Honeycomb because I believe care should be about more than tasks and diagnoses. I take the time to understand who your loved one is and what matters most to them. Then I help your family make clear, confident decisions, with a caring nurse in your corner every step of the way.
