Forget Me Not is built on three things I've seen matter most over 20 years in dementia care: personhood, quality of life and relationships. It brings you unforgettable insights into the dementia journey, whether you are living with dementia or learning how to walk alongside someone who is.
Who it's for
- People living with dementia: a creative course where you build a small book about yourself, your story, what you love, and how you want to be known, to share with the people who care for you.
- Families: a multi-part course to help you understand dementia, stay connected and care for yourself along the way.
- Care staff and leaders: training for health care aides (FMN Certified Caregiver) and for LPNs, RNs and care managers (FMN Certified Leader).
- Students: learning that puts the person at the centre of dementia care from the very start.
